How IP PBX can be Beneficial to Businesses?

What is IP PBX?
An IP PBX is a private branch exchange that switches calls between VoIP users or traditional telephone users or between a VoIP user and a traditional telephone user on local lines while allowing all users to share a certain number of external phone lines. It works in the same way as that of a conventional PBX. It is abbreviated as IP PBX, IP-PBX, IPPBX, or IP/PBX.

How it functions?
An IP PBX phone system consists of Softphones or IP phones, IP PBX server, and an optional VoIP Gateway. IP PBX server is similar to proxy server. Whenever softphones or hardware based phones that are registered with IP PBX server wish to make calls they make a request to IP PBX to establish the connection.  The IP PBX which has the directory of all phones/users and their corresponding SIP address will process the request and connects the call via either a VoIP gateway or a VoIP Service Provider to the desired destination.

Mobile Dialer – A Smart App Leveraging VoIP for Creating a Better Communicative World!

A Peek into the Past!

Long ago, it was a tradition that people make long distance calls once in a week or thrice in a month to their loved ones scattered across the world. Meanwhile, internet was put to good use with the arrival of social media applications. Slowly, people started inclining towards social apps that gave unlimited access to stay connected with their loved ones.

MoSIP in VoIP Blocked Countries

While MoSIP is known for its high end call quality and advanced features when compared to other mobile dialers, one of the biggest advantages that MoSIP obtains over other mobile dialers is the fact that it is able to provide connectivity along with crystal clear audio quality even in “VoIP Blocked Countries”.

The reason for this huge difference in quality is due to the advanced software – Vox Bridge. When integrated with MoSIP, the Vox Bridge enhance the total output to a whole new level making the call quality and connectivity even more advanced than before.

This integration of the Vox Bridge with MoSIP encrypts and decrypts the data much more quickly as both the application have been developed by the same company and contain similar codes. By doing so the Vox Bridge creates a separate path for that specific user and transfer the encrypted package within that distinguished path. By doing so, the call connects quicker, better and the quality is made even better.

MoSIP works even in VoIP Blocked Countries

This is made possible due to no hindrances and barriers as the flow of packages occur over a separately developed path by the Vox Bridge which contains no other external traffic in it.

Hence apart from providing the best call quality, MoSIP delivers, connects and provides similar quality over VoIP blocked countries as well.

What is Mobile VoIP?

Traditionally speaking, VoIP has always been linked with either a PC or a Laptop that has a working internet connection attached to it. Since it is dependent entirely on the internet access to function, VoIP services could only take place over a PC and Laptop. This made communication over long distances very easy, quick and cheaper as the PC’s and Laptops could connect via the internet and use it as the source. This made communication possible at the lowest rate with the best quality.

But when we talk about our mobile devices, VoIP communication couldn’t be made possible through them, Until Now. Within the past few years VoIP usage was limited to only those people who have a PC or a Laptop but now having a mobile device and having access to internet on that mobile device is all that is needed to run VoIP calls and other VoIP related applications. By using GPRS, 3G or Wi-Fi on these mobile devices, the users can easily use VoIP communication modes through their mobile devices.

·         Lower costs: Through Mobile VoIP, users pay a pocket friendly price which is much cheaper than what telecommunication network providers charge. Hence long distance calls can be covered at the lowest of lowest price.

·         Quality: Since the base of this mode of communication is the internet and since VoIP functions through the internet, the quality of the calls which occur here are rich in quality and clarity, providing high end call quality.

·         Connectivity:  Being one of the most widely used medium of communication worldwide. The internet is one of the most reliable and oldest medium of communication present. Hence connectivity is never a problem with VoIP on a mobile device.

·         Mobility: With VoIP on a mobile device the user has the advantage of mobility, to make VoIP calls and communicate while on the move. This is a huge leap ahead as this was not possible before with PC’s and Laptop’s.
