How IP PBX can be Beneficial to Businesses?
What is IP PBX?
An IP PBX is a private branch exchange that switches calls between VoIP users or traditional telephone users or between a VoIP user and a traditional telephone user on local lines while allowing all users to share a certain number of external phone lines. It works in the same way as that of a conventional PBX. It is abbreviated as IP PBX, IP-PBX, IPPBX, or IP/PBX.
How it functions?
An IP PBX phone system consists of Softphones or IP phones, IP PBX server, and an optional VoIP Gateway. IP PBX server is similar to proxy server. Whenever softphones or hardware based phones that are registered with IP PBX server wish to make calls they make a request to IP PBX to establish the connection. The IP PBX which has the directory of all phones/users and their corresponding SIP address will process the request and connects the call via either a VoIP gateway or a VoIP Service Provider to the desired destination.

Mobile Dialer – A Smart App Leveraging VoIP for Creating a Better Communicative World!
A Peek into the Past!
Long ago, it was a tradition that people make long distance calls once in a week or thrice in a month to their loved ones scattered across the world. The number of calls and its duration were limited owing to hefty call rates. People had to live up with this hard fact until telecom giants have come up with international calling cards that would slash the call rates by half. Though it gave them some respite, it was still a costly affair. Meanwhile, internet was put to good use with the arrival of social media applications. Slowly, people started inclining towards social apps that gave unlimited access to stay connected with their loved ones.

How to start an International Calling Card Business?
Before we find out the entire process required to setup an International Calling Card Business, first let’s try to understand the meaning of Calling Card Business.
What is a Calling Card Business?
The concept of calling cards in VoIP arena is more or less similar to our regular calling cards used for making calls over long distances. Calling card business is a regular activity in VoIP arena that allows you to provide subscribers with long distance or international calls via a VoIP network.
Though there are various telephony applications available for your smartphones to make VoIP calls over the internet, still the demand for calling cards is undiminishing. This is because calling cards don’t necessitate the use of internet to make long distance calls.

Considering to buy a softswitch for your VoIP business? Before you invest in the switch it is advisable to look into a few important facets so that you don’t end up stuck with a softswitch that is not doing any good to your business.

Class 4 softswitches functions mainly to manage high traffic volumes for international/long distance calls. The important features for class 4 softswitches are billing, transcoding, protocol support and conversion. However, class 5 softswitches have some additional functions other than the regular functionalities of class 4 softswitches. They have IVR, local switching and access to the rest of the network. Targeted at end consumers mainly, class 5 softswitches allow modules IP PBX, Calling Cards, Callshop, Callback and many more. Is It an Intelligent Idea to Move your Business Communications to VoIP Completely?
Enterprise VoIP is the new trend. Business houses are ditching the
traditional telephony system and switching over to the Voice over Internet Protocol,
the unique system where the phone calls travel over the internet as analog
signals. Leveraging the existing broadband to make local and long-distance
calls dramatically lowers the cost of commuting for business houses. The new
technology also adds features and functionalities to the old-school ways of
business communication, hence multiplying productivity. VoIP can empower
employees with new capabilities that conventional phone technology can't offer.

business which basically rests on three keynotes of packet telephony, ‘build’,
‘buy’ or ‘rent’ is becoming an increasingly popular business model these days.
The business is typically about traffic aggregation and exchange between VoIP
operators. No need of pricey investments to begin your business in VoIP. The
wholesale VoIP business lets you earn attractive dividends by acting as a
middleman - receiving traffic from one carrier and directing to another! Yes,
as simple as that!

Advantages of Wireless VoIP for Businesses
VoIP is common place when it comes to business communication these
days. As the technology is becoming the norm, we can safely assume that some
newer and more advanced technology is on the way. That is where wireless VoIP
comes in the picture. Wireless VoIP communication, with multiplied levels of
efficiency, ease-of-use, and flexibility options has already made its way into
enterprises with an impact that is here to stay!
Wireless VoIP functions the same way as the traditional VoIP
system. The only difference is, in this case, the VoIP technology is configured
to function with Wi-Fi (WLAN) systems. To make or receive calls, users need to
be within the reach of enterprise Wi-Fi. When they are within the Wi-Fi range,
they can make regular VoIP calls or send files or data. Enterprises that
already have a local area Wi-Fi connection, can add up to the flexibility and
mobility of their employees with wireless VoIP.
There are multiple advantages of wireless VoIP for Enterprises. For
employees, who need to remain tied to their desk phone all day for business
communications, wireless VoIP is an unmixed blessing. They have the freedom to
move about on the floor or the office complex and still they can communicate
with customers and business executives without any hindrance. For businesses
that already have an IP communication system in place, moving to wireless VoIP
systems is the next step for business scalability.

MoSIP in VoIP Blocked Countries
While MoSIP is known for its high end call quality and advanced
features when compared to other mobile dialers, one of the biggest advantages
that MoSIP obtains over other mobile dialers is the fact that it is able to
provide connectivity along with crystal clear audio quality even in “VoIP Blocked Countries”.
The reason for this huge difference in quality is due to the
advanced software – Vox Bridge. When integrated with MoSIP, the Vox Bridge enhance
the total output to a whole new level making the call quality and connectivity even
more advanced than before.
This integration of the Vox Bridge with MoSIP encrypts and decrypts
the data much more quickly as both the application have been developed by the
same company and contain similar codes. By doing so the Vox Bridge creates a separate
path for that specific user and transfer the encrypted package within that distinguished
path. By doing so, the call connects quicker, better and the quality is made
even better.
This is made possible due to no hindrances and barriers as the flow of packages occur over a separately developed path by the Vox Bridge which contains no other external traffic in it.
Hence apart from providing the best call quality, MoSIP delivers,
connects and provides similar quality over VoIP blocked countries as well.

What is Mobile VoIP?
Traditionally speaking, VoIP has always been linked with either
a PC or a Laptop that has a working internet connection attached to it. Since
it is dependent entirely on the internet access to function, VoIP services
could only take place over a PC and Laptop. This made communication over long
distances very easy, quick and cheaper as the PC’s and Laptops could connect
via the internet and use it as the source. This made communication possible at
the lowest rate with the best quality.
But when we talk about our mobile devices, VoIP communication
couldn’t be made possible through them, Until Now. Within the past few years
VoIP usage was limited to only those people who have a PC or a Laptop but now
having a mobile device and having access to internet on that mobile device is
all that is needed to run VoIP calls and other VoIP related applications. By
using GPRS, 3G or Wi-Fi on these mobile devices, the users can easily use VoIP
communication modes through their mobile devices.
·
Lower
costs: Through Mobile VoIP, users pay a pocket friendly price which
is much cheaper than what telecommunication network providers charge. Hence
long distance calls can be covered at the lowest of lowest price.
·
Quality:
Since
the base of this mode of communication is the internet and since VoIP functions
through the internet, the quality of the calls which occur here are rich in
quality and clarity, providing high end call quality.
·
Connectivity:
Being one of the most widely used medium of
communication worldwide. The internet is one of the most reliable and oldest
medium of communication present. Hence connectivity is never a problem with VoIP
on a mobile device.
·
Mobility:
With
VoIP on a mobile device the user has the advantage of mobility, to make VoIP
calls and communicate while on the move. This is a huge leap ahead as this was
not possible before with PC’s and Laptop’s.
